Moqueca

- Ingredients:
4 fish filets (700 grams)
Juice of one lemon
1 big onion
1 red bel pepper
1 green bel pepper
2 tomatoes
2 table spoons of cilantro
200 ml of coconut milk
1 table spoon of azeite de dendê
2 cups of shrimp broth
-Steps:
Wash the fish well, drizzle with the lemon juice and let stand for about 1 hour
In a large saucepan, place the fish, onion, bell peppers, tomatoes and sprinkle cilantro
Add the shrimp broth, mix them in the coconut milk and drizzle the fish
Bring to low heat, with pan partially covered, for 20 minutes
Stir a few times until cooked
Add the azeite de dendê and add salt
