Bobó de Camarão

- Ingredients:
1 quilo of fresh shrimps
salt
3 garlic cloves
juice of one lemon
pepper
1 quilo of cassava
3 onions
1 bay leaf
6 table spoons of olive oil
2 glasses of coconut milk
2 cans of tomato sauce
2 green bel peppers
2 table spoons of azeite de dendê
- Steps:
Wash the shrimps and season with salt, garlic, pepper and lemon
Take a pan with water and cook the cassava in small pieces, with bay leaf and onion in slices
When soft, add a glass of coconut milk
Let it cool down a little and whisk in the blender
Heat the olive oil, add the grated onion and let it brown
Add the shrimps and fry
Adicione as 2 latas de pomarola, o cheiro-verde, o pimentão e deixe cozinhar por alguns minutos
Add the 2 cans of tomato sauce, the bel pepper and cook for a few minutes
Add in the same pan, the cassava beaten in the blender, another glass of coconut milk and the azeite de dendê
Let it boil and it's ready
